法国宝茸及可可百利毋庸置疑是世界领先的顶级冷冻果泥和巧克力品牌。我们荣幸的邀请12位幸运的厨师赴往久负盛名的美丽花都、美食和美酒的中心巴黎参与一场十天的培训和文化交流。

 

Les vergers Boiron and Cacao Barry, undoubtedly the world’s foremost and premier brand in frozen fruit purees and chocolate, are excited to announce the opportunity for 12 chefs to attend a 10 dayslong cooking and cultural exchange in one of the world’s most beautiful cities and the epicenter fine food and wine: Paris.

At Boiron and Cacao Barry we believe that culinary professionals are at the heart and soul of our business. Chefs, that have made dedicated and committed decisions to use our products as a core and enhanced ingredient in their menu, are ultimately responsible for creating the brand image that we today so proudly display and pride ourselves on. Thus, we believe, it is only fair that we reward them with the experience to learn more about French cuisine, develop their skills, broaden their cultural horizons and ultimately infuse new ideas and thoughts to further enhance the quality of their dishes, their customer’s experience to boost their own businesses.

To identify and select the most dedicated chefs out of our loyalty database, we have formulated the following targets to be reached.

 

西点学校渠道客户 

Pastry School Customers

必须达到以下要求

Must meet the following requirements


宝茸 / Les vergers Boiron

 

必须是同类产品中仅使用宝茸产品的客户 

- To be an exclusive user of Les vergers Boiron products and not using other brands' purees.


 

可可百利 / Cacao Barry

 

2017101日至2018531日期间,可可百利产品订货量达到2500公斤或以上,同时,其中必须包含有原产地系列和自然之选系列巧克力产品订货量达到200公斤或以上。

 

- Minimum orders amount based on purchased volume from 01/10/2017 to 31/05/2018

- Minimum order 2500 kg over the 8 months period

- Must include a minimum order quantity of 200kg for each of the 2 ranges ORIGIN and PURITY.

 


该渠道排名前两位达成目标的客户即可获得法兰西回馈游;

The top 2 achievers from this category who meet the above target will subsequently be chosen to participate in the reward trip.


参加行程的人员必须是西点学校主厨之一,此次机会不对学校学员开放。

The attending person should be the key pastry teacher or key leader from the school. Not opened to students.


 


 酒店餐饮渠道客户 

HORECA Customers

必须达到以下要求

Must meet the following requirements


宝茸 / Les vergers Boiron

 

2017101日至2018531日期间,宝茸产品订货量达到1600公斤或以上;同时,相比2016101日至2017531日期间的订货量,必须满足至少50%的增长率。

 

- Minimum order amount based on purchased volumes from 01/10/2017 to 31/05/2018;

- Minimum order 1600 kg and reach a minimum 50% minimum volume increase compared to 01/10/2016 to 31/05/2017.

 

可可百利 / Cacao Barry

 

2017101日至2018531日期间,可可百利产品订货量达到2500公斤或以上,同时,其中必须包含有原产地系列和自然之选系列巧克力产品订货量达到200公斤或以上。

 

- Minimum order amount based on purchased volumes from 01/10/2017 to 31/05/2018:  2500kg; 

- Must include a minimum order quantity of 200kg for each of the 2 ranges ORIGIN and PURITY.

 

该渠道排名前四位达成目标的客户即可获得法兰西回馈游;

The top 4 achievers from this category who meet the above target will subsequently be chosen to participate in the reward trip.



 西点烘焙连锁客户及工业客户(新的或现有客户) 

Pastry-Bakery Chains and Industrial Clients (for new and existing users)

必须达到以下要求

Must meet the following requirements


宝茸 / Les vergers Boiron

 

相比2016101日至2017531日期间的订货量,需要额外增长的2000公斤的宝茸产品。


- From 01/10/2017 to 31/05/2018: to order an additional 2000kg of Les vergers Boiron product on top of last year, over the same period of time.

 

 

可可百利 / Cacao Barry

 

相比2016101日至2017531日期间的订货量,需要额外增长的4000公斤的可可百利产品,其中必须包含有原产地系列和自然之选系列巧克力产品订货量达到200公斤或以上

 

- From 01/10/2017 to 31/05/2018:minimum order 4000kg;

- Must include a minimum order quantity of 200kg for each of the 2 ranges ORIGIN and PURITY.

 

 

该渠道排名前六位达成目标的客户即可获得法国回馈游;

The top 6 achievers from this category who meet the above target will subsequently be chosen to participate in the reward trip.
